Brief Description:  Drilling bubble doors

Summary entry for the last week and a half or so.

I have been working to get the bubble doors done. I have also been pre-painting some of the areas that will be hard to get to later so that I don't have to disassemble the plane later.

Laid the bubbles on their frames and marked the extra to trim off. Cut off the extra using wheels on Dremel and cut-off tool. Used sanding drum to clean up the edges as best I could.

Used an acrylic drill for the plexiglass after marking the locations and regular drill to go into the metal frame. Despite my best efforts to be gentle, the passenger side cracked near the top rear corner. I don't know if I can fix it, but I drilled a stop hole and continued on.
