Brief Description:  Forming wires into loom harnesses

Another big day of routing cables and wires. I did cut the hole under the pilot seat to send cables into the console area like I did yesterday on the passenger side. I had some wires temporarily routed down the center channel, but changed the routing to include them in looms that run under the seats. Added wiring to flap motor to get it into a loom running forward. Had to drill and rubber grommet a couple more holes in the seat back area to get everything run. With the exception of the ELT, which has its own little subsystem that I will put together later, all the radios and avionics wires are now hanging out the avionics shelf ready to be connected to the power panel and panel instruments.

In the 1st photo, you can see how much nicer the wiring harness from Cumulus Soaring is than the one from Spruce I had a picture of yesterday. The thumbscrews on the plugs are really nice.
