With my brand new impact wrench from the aviation tools department of Harbor Freight, getting the low profile mounting bolts off was a breeze. Took off the old part and also removed the alignment spacer that gets replaced each time the gearbox is removed. Installed the beefier replacement part, applying loctite to the mounting bolts. Torquing as specified in the video. Used a rubber mallet to install the new alignment spacer. Positioned the donut segments and then the gearbox. Reinstalled the gearbox mounting hardware, torqueing as specified. No real issues with the process now that I have the correct tools.
