Brief Description:  Cabin floor, fuselage continued

.... Continued from previous entry. Once the cabin sides were cleco'd to the floor, it was time to add some L angles on the cabin side to the control upright. It was tight quarters, particularly on the smaller upper L, but I used the extra long drill bit and stubby clecos.

Finished out the day be adding floor stiffeners to the underside.

This is a good point to stop for a while. The next step is to fit the cabin assembly to the rear fuselage so the longerons and other attach points can be drilled out. This coming Saturday, EAA Chapter 732 is doing a tour of local build projects and I think having the cabin partially assembled, but not attached would be a good stage to show. I also don't want to be in the middle of the massive upcoming debur/corrosion treat step with parts everywhere. I just need to get the shop cleaned up and stuff moved so people other than myself can move around safely.
