Brief Description:  Drilled longerons, cleco'd armrest sides, drilled

Started off by positioning and pilot drilling the forward longerons along each edge of the cabin. Then cleco'd in the control upright, cross pieces, and gear channel.

I positioned the lower half of the rudder center bearing and inserted bolts to temporarily hold it in place. Ground off about 3/32" of the rear of the pilot side bearing mount so that it could be positioned so that the rudder tube would be parallel to the cross member and the ruddr pedal tube would be aligned correctly. Had to remove powder coat from the center bearing area and outer tube of each pedal assembly with a scotchbrite wheel. Clamped each bearing bracket into place and backdrilled with #40, the upsized to 3/32 and fastened with gold clecos. Put both rudder pedal assemblies in place and temporarily added the top to the green center bearing.

Moving on to the brake cylinder mounts, It took a 15 minutes looking before I snapped that the master cylinders were included in the unopened Matco box instead of sorted in with my "controls" box (Doh!). Temporarily attached the cylinders to the mounts with AN3 bolt and marked where the mounts needed to go. These are close enough to the front that I could keep pressure on each bracket and reach under with the drill to make a small mark with the #40 bit through the predrilled holes in the floor. Then finished the pilot holes on the workbench so they would be straight. Cleco'd the brackets back with silver then upsized to #20 and cleco'd. Temporarily put the cylinders back on. In the HBH video, the brackets needed to be shaped to clear the bottom of the cylinder, but mine were fine as is.
