Brief Description:  Bellcrank,Actuator, Misc riveting

Assembled the bellcrank area. Upsized the corner hole in the bellcranks to 1/2". Cleaned up bellcrank sides with the scotchbrite wheel. Step drilled 1/2" hole in the center of each of the 4 bellcrank bearing surfaces. Inserted bearing, spacers, bellcrank, penny washer, castle nut and cotter pin onto bellcrank thread each side.

For each side, attached a jam nut, fitting, bolt,stand-offs to flapperon control rod. Secured loosely to bellcrank with lock nut.

Before additng the flapperon control channel cover, I riveted the exposed Ls that would be covered up. Added the covers, seat harness brackets, and riveted the covers (inside) and baggage floor. Easiest way to do that was to stand up in the access opening and lean backwards slightly. The rivet locations behind the flapperon channel into L angles are easy to overlook and required using the hand riveter.

Positioned the flap actuator mount and backdrilled from below for A5. Had to grind off just a sliver of the aft outboard edge to get it inside the longeron ridge. Deburred, applied Cortec, and riveted. That actuator isn't going anywhere. Added the actuator fitting hardware and connected to the fuselage and torque tube arm. Verified motion by connecting a 9V transistor battery to the actuator.

Riveted the front channel doublers into place on the backside of the channels.
