Brief Description:  Spar root angle, Fuel Sender

Back on wing duty after switching to flaperons while awaiting parts. The replacement spar root angle did not come pre-fluted as was the one in the airframe kit. I think I prefer this way as I think I got a better fit doing my own fluting and trimming. After riveting that, I started working on the fuel tank. I had broken the float arm when doing the starboard tank and used the arm for this one then and so had to get another. Like last time, I cut the hole using a fly cutter with a slightly larger diameter than called for (60mm vs 59mm) since last time I had to expand it to get the ring to fit. Still had to do some filing, but not quite as much. Used loctite on the screw threads. After the hole was cut, I rinsed with water to get the filings out before final attachment of the sender. Don't quite have full range on the sender ohms, but I'm planning to use an EFIS which will let me calibrate them independently.
