Brief Description:  Rearranged work area.

Building the wing with the current configuration is just too tight quarters. I moved the work tables outside of the main construction area. Added a shelf inside above head level so there would be some additional surface. Mounted bench vise. Tested new torque wrench from Home Depot and retested the one from Harbor Freight. The Home Depot model is a smaller one calibrated in inch/pounds and has a pretty audible click. The Harbor Freight one is heavier and calibrated in foot/pounds and has a barely discernable click. I decided it is functioning correctly and I just missed the click with the fans running when I buggered the spar fitting bolts last week. All future torqueing will be done with all sound producing equipment turned off. I'll add some photos later.
