Remainder of horn parts went on without incicent, including fabrication of L-angles. The trim tab piano hinge was next, but it was a bit too long and I filed it down so it wouldn't bind and there was some clearance. The piano hinge was drilled and cleco'd on both the elevator and trim tab. Cutting the shaft for the turnbuckle was next and after making some measurements how far each turnbuckle went in, I endud up cutting the shaft at 85MM, which produced the required pin to pin distance with a few turns from full closed.
