Got the Classic Aero template and dash pad out to locate and drill holes. There was a little more to this than I first thought. I ended up making some of the holes larger than called for in the directions so I can get everything to lie down smoothly. This is not an issue, as this is not a structural component. The holes also accept screws with broad phillips heads. This will capture and cover the adjustment.
This dash pad is so much improved from standard plastic edge trim. Nice stitching and integrating this with cloth on the dash will look top notch.
