I started the day by riveting the stiffeners to the elevator skin, afterwards I fabricated a bending brake from a piece of MDF board and a long piano-style hinge. A 1/8 inch dowel taped inside the trailing edge provided a smooth radius to bend around. The bend turned out very well with no bulging before the beginning of the radius.
