Today i started fluting the ribs for the horizontal stabilizer. Not much fluting was required to straighten them, probably due to thier relatively short length. When I was satisfied with the ribs I clecoed them to the spars and then I temporarily attatched the skin to see how it sat against the ribs. There are a few spots where the skin seems to not want to fully contact the rib flanges. I think this happens because the skin is only partially bent to the same dimensions as the ribs.
