Last several days have been spent fitting, filling and sanding...........Colwing, wheelpants, canopy and skirt.....I have sprayed over 2 quarts of K2 primer, only to turn around and sand most of it back off. It's begining to get real close to a smooth finish. Another round of filling and sanding and I think I'll be ready for a final primer coat to sand for paint. At least on these parts....I did start sanding on the fuse too. I'm still holding off on unpickling the engine untill I get some of these loose ends tied up and a little closer to deliver on the avionics package. Should be about another 6 weeks or so till Stein can deliver. I think I'll get the fiberglass tips while I'm going.
