I did have a hard time getting this thing to fir just right. I kept bending and checking it to make sure I got a good fit as per the instuctions. I also damaged the slide block and had to order another replacment. when I tried to countersink the pin the drill biut grabbed and ran completly thru the part. I used the dremel bur bit to make the recess for the pin on the new part..... that worked fine.... its not completly flush but it works fine and it looks to me if it was flush, the cotter pin wsould be really close to the edge on the other side.....oh well, it all seems to work fine now....
Update: After the big cut today I painted the frame to match the other roll bars and slide rials...Now, its ready to stick the canopy on....
