10/18/2008 Fuel Tank - 3 hours I made a small batch of proseal and sealed the fuel return and vent line nuts on the inside of the tank. I also put proseal around the T-708 stiffener ring and a few places that needed it. I went ahead and installed my trap door so I don't forget it. Dad then came out and we were able to get the last rib in place. We finally feel we have the method down for the ribs. When putting the rivets in place, we take a toothpick and press the rivet all the way down, making sure it is sitting straight up and down in place. This assures a non-tipped rivet. After riveting, I taped off the area for the baffle and cleaned the proseal off the outside of the tank.
