Riveted the nut plates in place for the two side-skin access panels.
Began reassembling the Tail Cone parts in preparation for riveting. Tyler offered a 2nd set of hands to help cleco the large bulkheads in place while the bottom was inside up. Fliped the bottom over and then began identifying the side stringers. That's when I realized I forgot to prime the 2 longerons. I will need to prime those before I can cleco the sides in place.
