Temp installed prop and marked spinner for cutout. Applied templates, traced pattern on spinner and then cut out blade openings. Set spinner and backing plate on flat surface and marked, then drilled screw holes. Cleco spinner to backing plate to checl prop clearance and trimmed as needed. Drilled hole to #11 and then clamp nut plates to bulkhead using screws and washers then drilled #40 holes for nut plates. Coutersink holes for rivets.
