Decieded to go with the low profile fitting on the outboard side on the oil cooler to avoid possible upper cowling cracking since the stock fitting is only 1/2" from the upper cowling. The new fitting was slightly longer than the original one and I ended up having to grind down some of the threads on it so it would tighten down on the o-ring and not hit the tube that was sticking into the opening.
