Trim leading edge radius (ID) on right wing tip to better fit wing leading edge profile. Tape off wing tip to protect paint and position right wing tip on wing. Using hole finder drilled holes in wing tip third hole back from leading edge. Measured locations for remaining holes (no room for hole finder) and drilled them. Removed wing tip and measure 5/16" from center of holes to edge and then trimmed back wing tips per manual. Temp installed right aileron and placed it in level position to locate trailing edge of wing tip. Drilled, cleco'd and then riveted aft wing tip rib to wing tip.
