Applied glue to trailing edge and tip bow. Glued 2" bias tapes to tip bow. There wasn't enough overlap on the trailing edge for 2 or 3" tape so I ended up using 4" tape on the trailing edge. This put the tap between each end of the plastic strips top and bottom. Ordered 6" tape for the leading edge.
