Brief Description: Scupper, Root Skins and Bolts

Glued scupper and capture rings to upper roots skins. Final torque wing bolts. Drill lower root skin fairing holes to #19 and install Tinnermans to root ribs. Rivet lower root skins to wing frame and grind down any protruding stem.
