Brief Description: Drill fuel cap socket to tanks

Cleco cover ring, scupper and retainer to top root skins and then root skins to wing frame. Center fuel cap socket in hole and transfer drill #11 through fuel tanks. Drill inboard hole to 25/64" for fuel tank vent pipe. Disassemble parts and deburr.
