Brief Description: Cable Wear Blocks and Baggage Side Covers
I fabricated the 8 required square washers and drilled out the cable wear blocks for where the seat belt cables pass through the baggage bulkhead. I primed the washers and then drilled the baggage bulkhead panels where required for installation. I had to extend the notches in the upper panel for a proper fit. I blind riveted the two assemblies in place. One blind rivet pulled through the panel hole, so I fabricated an additional washer to seat the blind rivet properly.
I reinstalled the baggage bulkhead panels and fitted them to the newly installed nutplates. I also reinstalled the baggage side covers. I started fitting the baggage tunnel cover as well, but it will need additional adjustment.
