I used a hole-cutter drill to trim the side rail gussets for the slider canopy. I fit them in the fuselage and drilled the remaining rivet holes through the longerons into the gussets. The outboard edges had to be radiused per the plans to fit into the longeron corners. After deburring and finishing, I primed the gussets.
