I began assembly work on the F-6117 L&R Brake Pedals. The side braces of each pedal had to be fabricated, I also edge finished and deburred all the parts after drilling attachment holes. I countersunk the holes requiring flush rivets and removed areas of the side braces that lightened the parts. The second set of pedals need to be primed, then I'll rivet each of them together.
* I sacrificed the tip of my right index finger in the bench grinder for this one!
