I riveted together the trim tab skin and spar, then clamped the entire assembly to the left elevator to match trill the piano hinge to the elevator. I deburred the holes and then countersunk the piano hinge on the elevator side because I had previously dimpled the elevator attachment point. I finished riveting the piano hinge to the trim tab, blind riveted the end tabs, then riveted the part to the left elevator.
All that remians on the left elevator is to roll and rivet the leading edges and add the fiberglass tips near the end of the project.
