Had to bend the spare supports to match the correct profile. easily done in the vice using a rubber mallot. I dont think I described my priming technique, so here goes. I'm priming all non-alclad parts of course and also all contact areas even if alclad IE; ribs, ribs to skin, spar to skin etc. I did alot of reading on alclad, I'm going to let it do it's job in the obvious areas and save a little weight in the process. I scotch bright the part, scrub with dawn dish washing liquid, dry the parts, wipe with MEK then prime with self etching zinc cromate. sticks very well when prepped right. After priming with rattle can you can assemble in about 10 min with no clean up of equipment. Awesome!
