Brief Description: Mag timing and first flight preperation
I did some research last night and when I arrived I tested the connections and the P-Lead was not wired correctly at the switch. I swapped the wire to the opposite terminal and all was correct. I timed the P-Mags in 5 minutes after this issue was solved.
I cleaned up the spark plug adapter and then gapped and installed 8 new plugs and torque them. I installed the oil filter and added 2 more quarts of oil. I added 6 qts but I am sure there is still plenty of the preservative oil in there since it is so sticky. I then safety wired the oil filter and quick drain, I also still had to wire the drain tube from the engine driven pump.
