Finished rolling leading edge of right elevator and fit to horizontal stabilizer. I noted that the rod end bearings in the drawings did not show a washer under the jam nut. Since this is a steel nut and the surface is aluminum I though this should have a washer. I consulted with Ron and he agreed. I added a AN960 washer under each jam nut of the rod end bearings of both elveators. Ref. AC43.13-1A page 120 par. 231. Finished major assembly of right elevator.
