Finished riveting stiffners to right elevator. Began fabricating elevator skeleton. Drilled and clecoed e603,604 ribs. Fit and drilled reinforcement plates to spar. Fit E602 to E609 rib. fit E604 rib to spar and notched e604 rib per drawing 4PP. Section B-B
