I finally got my propeller!!! It's beautiful!!I fitted the spinner to the prop by setting the prop on the spacer, putting the backplate on the spacer and fitting the prop. I made some patterns from cardboard to fit around the prop shank. The pattern will be used to make the initial cut in the spinner. I then marked the backplate to indicate where the prop hubs go. I took off the prop and fit the spinner to the backplate and marked the spinner for the prop shank cutouts. Using the pattern, I made my initial cuts and then filed and sanded until the spinner fit the prop and backplate. Came out pretty nice.
