Installing the dreded baffle plate in the fuel tank. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. I made the adjustments to the fuel sender as well just before installing the baffle. I did the Ohm resistance test on the sending unit and tested good. Installed the inspection plate after all of the riviting of the baffle and used some stainless socket head cap screws to make it easy to remove if necessary. I will wait a few days now and do the leak test. On 11-21-05 I removed a few screws on the inspection plate to see if the trap door was moving freely. It was so I reinstalled the screws and will need to leak test the LEFT tank again.
Made adjustments to float arm before installing baffle.
