I installed the last row of stiffiners tonight. It don't look like a lot of work, but it takes time to prep and seal all these parts so thay don't leak. Also found a way to keep the hing pin in the fuel tank trap door.
Second set of stiffiners on lower side of tank are now done.
These puppies won't leak.
Safety wired the fuel trap door to the upper part of the hinge. drilled a .040 hole and safetyed.
