Finished the countersinking of the right wing spar and started riveting the fuel tank nut plates to spar flange. Added zinc chromeate to all counterbores where the anodizing was removed. Ordered a gal of whight primer sealer and acid etch from AFS tonight.
Made this small jig to prevent chatter of cutter. Worked great...
Here is how I held the jig. I removed the clecos and then did the mahining with out any chatter.
Nice clean countersinks with no chatter. Put tape over seams in spar to keep Aluminum chips out.
