Brief Description: Final drilled tank attach brackets
We borrowed a #12 bit for the angle drill from a fellow builder so that we could final drill the tank attach brackets.
Removed the tank attach bracket and drilled the top hole to #12 on the drill press. Cleco'd the bracket to the fuselage using the bottom hole and clamped it to the T-405. Drilled the top hole in the fuselage to #12 using the angle drill.
Removed the bracket and drilled the bottom hole to #12 on the drill press. Bolted the top hole to the fuselage and clamped it to the T-405. Drilled the bottom hole in the fuselage to #12 using the angle drill and installed the bolt.
Match drilled the #30 pilot hole in the tank attach bracket into the T-405. Drilled and reamed the hole to 1/4" and installed the bolt.
