Made a drill guide block from a piece of steel that closely fit between the elevator horns. Marked the location of the hole in the RH elevator horn on the guide block and drilled #40 in the drill press.
Double checked that the elevators were still clamped in their neutral position.
Clamped the drill guide block in position and match drilled #40 the LH elevator horn. Progressively increased the diameter of the holes and reamed to #12.
Separated, deburred and match drilled the F-635 Bellcrank parts.
Cut the F-840 and F-841 pushrods to length and drilled the rivet hole locations as per instructions.
Marked the positions of the threaded rod ends and removed them from the pushrods. Deburred all the rivet holes.
