Seperated the F800 angle parts as per DWG 70 and deburred the edges.
Added a radius to the ends of the F-810C-1 and F-811C-1 angles so that they nest tightly inside the upper longerons.
Deburred the edges of the F-812A-1 & F-812C-1 bulkheads and match drilled the holes. Opened the bend angle of the flanges on the F-812A-1 bulkhead so that they are parallel to the flanges of the F-812C-1 bulkhead.
Marked the vertical position of the WD-409 tail spring mounts top edge on the F-812 bulkhead assembly and match drilled the keeper rivet holes. Fortunately I had read about the error on DWG 73 (Section A-A) on VAF and Jeff Preou's kitlog so I knew what to do. Thanks Jeff!
Machine countersunk and dimpled the holes in the F-812 bulkhead assembly.
Separated the two F-811B-1 stab attach bars and noticed that the hole patterns differ. The two holes at the top of each bar that attach the horizontal stab are offset by 1/8". I'll have to contact Van's to see what they say.
Removed the portion of the F-811A-1 and F-811E-1 bulkheads as shown on DWG 70 and deburred the edges.
