Torqued and wire locked the flop tube fitting and installed the anti hang-up bracket between the rib and skin stiffener.
Masked off the rivet lines with electrical tape and installed the end rib with sealer. Set the rib to skin rivets with a pneumatic squeezer and then installed the L-bracket and backing plate and shot the 1/8" rivets with the gun.
Installed the flop tube in the L-bracket with sealer and torqued the nut
