Brief Description: Dimpled tank skins and ribs

Dimpled both skins with "tank dimple dies". These dies make a slightly deeper dimple allowing for some space under the rivet head for sealer. Scuffed the flanges of the LH tank ribs to provide a good key for the sealer and dimpled the holes with the same dies used on the skins.
