Brief Description: Wing root fairing joggle tool

We tried to joggle the aft wing root fairings with a hand seamer as per instructions but soon realized that this wasn't going to work that well. We thus decided to design a small joggle tool and give it to a toolmaker to manufacture. Once the fairing is inserted in the tool it is clamped in a vice and works like a charm - see next log entry.
