Marked the RH fuel line for trimming and removed it from the fuselage. Trimmed, flared and re-installed it.
The left hand fuel line that runs between the AN815-6D union and the flop tube had to be re-made a couple of times before we got it right. The problem is that after bending, the straight portion that connects to the flop tube isn’t long enough to hold in the flaring tool. The solution was to first flare the tube and then bend it. We inserted a 7.5mm drill in the flared end to hold the tube while bending and it worked like a charm.
