Van's reply to the hole pattern issue on the stab attach bars is that it shouldn't be a problem since the HS spar is to be matched drilled to the attach bars in assembly. I thus went ahead and match drilled the stab attach bars to the F-811-1 bulkhead assembly.
Match drilled and deburred the components of the F-807-1/ F808-1/ F809-1 and F-810B-1 bulkhead assemblies.
Removed the portions from the F-807 bulkheads as per Details A,B and C on DWG 70.
Match drilled, machine countersunk and deburred the baggage rib assembly.
Trimmed, match drilled and deburred the seat belt bracket assemblies.
