I decided to skip a few steps as my brother is out of town at the moment and prefer riveting with him.
Drilled the rudder cable holes in the forward and aft center section web at the location specified for RV-8 only.
Fabricated the forward control mount as well as the seat belt lug spacers.
Fluted the flanges on the center section bulkheads to straighten them except at the locations designated DO NOT FLUTE.
Match drilled the forward bulkhead assembly and machine countersunk the nutplate attach holes as per instructions.
Match drilled the rear bulkhead assembly and machine countersunk the rivet holes that lie under the F-804G-1 vertical bars and that attach nutplates to the seat ramp supports and aft floor support angles.
