Brief Description: Leak tested both tanks

Plugged the fuel line with the fitting provided in Vans leak test kit and installed the fuel cap after wrapping it in a cut off balloon. Fabricated an elbow from 1/4" soft aluminum tube and flared the one end to fit the vent line fitting and installed a balloon on the other end. Installed the valve provided in the test kit in the drain flange and pressurized the tank with a hand pump until the balloon inflated. Sprayed all the joints and rivets with soap water to try and find any leaks. Well, we couldn't find any so both tanks are LEAK FREE!!
