Brief Description: Assembled and match drilled the RH tank
Deburred, flanged and fluted the ribs and then assembled the tank in the cradle.
Installed the tank on the wing and ensured that it was perfectly aligned with the leading edge and match drilled the inboard Z-bracket with a 12" drill bit + drill stop!
Removed the leading edge to gain access to the outboard Z-bracket and drilled it as well.
Removed the tank skin and inner ribs and used the rear baffle to match drill the Z-brackets.
Match drilled the tank skin to the rear baffle, joint plate and inner ribs.
