Made a jig to simulate the position of the spinner in order to trim the cowl. Fabricated the mounting strips for the Skybolt quarter turn fasteners and riveted them in place. Trimmed the upper and lower cowl progressively to ensure a perfect fit. Drilled the cowling to the mounting strips and installed the fasteners. Installed the air ramps and oil door.
