Back to it after Christmas, In preparing the spar I also prepared the aileron hinge brackets and the aileron gap brace and the flap fairing as it was desirable to drill where these join the rear spar before corrosion treatment of the spar. This added a lot more time and drilling, deburring and assembly, disassembly and re-assembly before it was completed but will be worth it in the long run.
