Start of work on the rear spar assembly. A lot of work here - a lot of tedious work here. Lost of drilling and de-burring and edge preparation. Must have assembled and disassembled the spars and fittings at least 6 times in the process but all ended up OK. Made a lot of extra work for myself by a lot of stop-start work sometimes not noting where I was up to and hence carrying out a lot of re-work just to make sure. basically this is fairly straightforward if you read the plans properly.
