Brief Description:  Installed R. Fuel Tank Bafle

Put sealant in each countersink for the Skin to Baffle interface on the Right Fuel Tank. Riveted all. The rivet squeezer is slightly scratching the surface when the head touches metal. Need to smooth it out and use tape on the surface next time.

The rivets weren't great, but acceptable. With the wet head and tail, the squeezer tended to slide a little causing some folding of the heads. Most were fine, but some were just barely in spec. Had to use buckingbar/gun on the end ones because of the built up proseal on the ends.

Installed and sealed the end plate with sender and pu. It was VERY tough to get into place because the gap between the pickup and the inside of the rib web was tight. Eventually got it into place and screwed together. Tested the sender during multiple stages. At the end there was no continuity between the center screw and the skin. Just needed to loosen and re-tighten one screw. Then resealed the head. All good now.
