Brief Description:
Continue Left Fuel Tank
Bent the Fuel Sender to move fully from the bottom to top of the Left Tank. It's not in the lowest or highest parts of the tank, but close enoigh.
Per Vans email direction and others on FB, I covered the large hole in Rib #2 in the Left Tank. I just used 4 pop rivets to fasten it.
Installed the Fuel Vent Line fitting on the Left Tank. Torqued to 65 in-lb and used Proseal between each part and then over the torqued edges.
Prosealed and clecoed Rib #1 onto the Tank. Will let it set up for a day or so and then rivet it and Rib #7.
Dimpled the Rear Spar top flange.
Continued countersinking the Main Spar skin holes. Finished the bottom side. Still need to do the top side.
Fuel Sender Finally Bent Well
Covered Rib #2 Hole
Vent Line Fitting Installed, Torqued, and Prosealed
